     Production

Raw materials:

We purchase raw materials exclusively from EC slaughter and butchering establishments which have to produce a particularly high quality assurance certificate.

A perfectly devised production system maintains and guarantees quality assurance.


Raw material processing:

The supplied pieces of meat of veal, beef, turkey, lamb and chicken are first accurately tested for meat temperature and visual condition by our specialists.

Further processing of the pieces of meat is carried out observing the strictest hygiene measures such as the wearing of protective and hygienic clothing.

In the butchery department the best pieces of meat that are specially required for the doner kebab are carefully cut off the bone by our specialists. The meat is then seasoned according to customer wishes with special combinations of herbs to correspond to the respective purchase orders.


The end product:

Our special spice recipes give each type of doner kebab their distinctive taste which is endorsed time and again by our buyers and the end consumer.
